Your satisfaction with BE.Kids products is important to us.
IN THE U.S.:
If you are not 100% satisfied with any item from your order, you may request to return the item within 15-days from the date of tracked delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a full refund. Please note, all returns must be delivered back to us within 30-days of request submission. The customer is responsible for the returned item until it is received at our warehouse, therefore, we recommend using a shipping method that allows for tracking and ensures the item being returned. Refunds will be issued when the item has been inspected, and found to be with all original tags attached, unused, not altered or washed, and in sellable condition.
OUTSIDE THE U.S.:
We currently do not offer returns/exchanges for items shipped outside of the U.S. Therefore, all sales are final for these items. Please check back with us at a later time for changes in our international return policy.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation:
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. The customer may choose any method of shipping, but we recommend a method that can be tracked and is insured, as the customer is responsible for the item until it is received at our warehouse.
PRODUCT CONDITION FOR RETURN
Returned items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags, and labels attached. Any returned item should be wrapped and well packaged so that the product is not damaged in any way. We cannot accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered, or washed.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct exchanges or price matching. Please follow the return policy steps for any items from your order that you wish to exchange and submit a new order for any new items.
CLEARANCE AND FINAL SALE
Items marked Clearance or Final Sale are not eligible for return.
BE.Kids monitors and reviews the number and condition of products returned as well as orders canceled by customers. After reviewing accounts with violations of our Return Policy, frequent returns, and/or multiple cancellations, we may, at our discretion, close any account or refuse future orders. We also reserve the right to make any final decision in cases of refund requests based on unique and/or extraordinary circumstances that might arise from objective difficulties during the return process.
