Shipping Policy

Current Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S. Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight or express shipping options at this time. Please allow 5-8 business days for standard shipping. 


Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 12-16 business days.  For APO / FPO / DPO addresses, standard shipping may take up to 35 days. 


When will I receive my order?
Standard orders ship within two business days. Orders placed after Friday 1pm ET will be shipped on the next business day. The customer will receive a tracking number via email once order is on its way, with more accurate timing.

Where can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order is on its way with more accurate timing. If the customer has an account on www.Be.Kids, the customer may also access tracking status in Order History.


Current International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer pre-paid duties on international shipping. Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying any import costs, separate from the order to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees.


BE.Kids is currently only shipping with terms as delivered at place (DAP), also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Once the shipment is with the carrier,

BE.Kids will provide the customer with tracking information; however we cannot take further responsibility for the delivery of the items if the customer decides not to pay taxes or fees associated with the order. Please note that at this time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL for orders shipped internationally.  


When will I receive my order?
For international addresses, shipping may take longer depending on customs.  Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at customer’s local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. We currently do not offer express options, however be sure to check back as we plan to do so in the future. 

Where can I track my order?

The customer will receive a tracking number via email once the order is on its way, with more accurate timing. If a customer has an account on www.Be.Kids, tracking status is accessible in Order History.
